Part-Time Finance Associate - Tax

Join Uline as a Part-Time Finance Associate, where you'll gain hands-on experience supporting tax operations, working with customers and developing valuable Finance skills. Whether you're a college student building business experience, returning to the workforce or seeking a flexible opportunity, Uline offers the training and support to help you succeed.
Part-Time Hours: 15 - 20 hours per week.
Schedule Availability: Monday - Wednesday (required), Thursday (optional), between 10 AM - 6 PM

Position Responsibilities
Review and maintain sales tax exemption certificates to ensure accurate customer tax records.
Guide customers through tax certificate requirements and help resolve missing or incomplete documentation.
Collaborate with Finance team members to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure efficient operations.
Calculate and process sales tax credits.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant coursework or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
Prior customer service, finance, banking or retail experience is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
