What you'll do
- Assist residents with ADL’s as indicated on the individualized service agreement
- Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence
- Provide residents with physical and emotional support
- Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse
- Observe clients and report changes in physical and emotional condition
- Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection
- Complete all required documentation daily
What you need
- WI CBRF Certification (Preferred)
- Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred)
- Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred)
- Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident’s best interests.

Caregiver Job Details:
Hours – Part-Time
Schedule – AM Shift 6am - 2pm, Evening Shift 2pm-10pm, Night Shift 10pm - 6am
Pay Range – $18.00 - 23.00 / hour (based on experience)
Location – Caretta Senior Living Bellevue, 1780 Servant Way, Bellevue, WI 54311

Caregiver Responsibilities:
Assist residents with ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreement
Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement
The Caregiver observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to the case manager.
Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.
Caregiver Qualifications:
WI CBRF Certification (Preferred)
Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred)
Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred)
Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident’s best interests.
Hours:
AM Shift: 6:00am-2:00pm PART TIME (16-24 hours/week) with pick up opportunities
Evening Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm PART TIME (16-24 hours/week) with pick up opportunities
Overnight Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am PART TIME (16-24 hours/week) with pick up opportunities
6am-2pm2pm-10pm
10pm-6am
