- Document progress, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and create engaging therapy experiences.
What you need
- Requires an associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program, a current Texas COTA license, and NBCOT Certification.
- CPR Certification is preferred.

Are you a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity? Synergy Care is seeking a licensed COTA to join our therapy team at The Traditions–Clearfork in Fort Worth, Texas .
What You'll Do
Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will:
✔ Implement individualized treatment plans
✔ Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence
✔ Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
✔ Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient care
✔ Help create meaningful and engaging therapy experiences for residents
Qualifications
Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current Texas COTA license
NBCOT Certification
CPR Certification (preferred)
