What you'll do
- Greet every customer with warmth and professionalism
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers
- Balance your cash drawer daily
- Issue cashier’s checks and assist with debit card and check orders
- Answer questions, resolve concerns, and connect customers with the right team members
- Follow all policies and procedures to ensure customer privacy and verify identities
- Recognize when a customer could benefit from additional products or services
