* Protect confidential participant information and comply with applicable

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* The ability to work independently, follow detailed procedures, and adapt to
client-specific requirements.
* A patient, professional, and solution-focused approach when assisting
participants.
* Reliable attendance and punctuality, with the ability to meet established
performance expectations.
Preferred experience:
Experience in benefits administration, defined benefit pension plans, retirement
services, customer service, or call center operations is preferred. Familiarity
with pension terminology, plan provisions, or participant support is a plus.
Training and work schedule:
Training: Approximately 7–8 weeks of comprehensive virtual training covering the
systems, procedures, and processes needed to support participants.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with scheduled hours falling between
8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Availability during this window is expected. Additional
scheduling details will be provided during the hiring process.
