Patient Care Coordinators are responsible and accountable for the coordination
of information and support needed for the flow of patients at our clinics. As a
patient-facing caregiver, you’ll provide customer service, helping patients
through processes like check-in, registration, billing/financial aide and
insurance. Patient Care Coordinators work in conjunction with our clinical teams
to assist with scheduling, clinic operations and more.
At our Otolaryngology Clinics, we treat patients of all ages, from children with
ear and throat infections to adult patients seeking treatment for sinus
infections, hearing loss or cancers of the ear, nose and throat. Join our team

The Patient Care Coordinator provides various receptionist and skilled clerical
duties to support the department. This position may be responsible for
scheduling patients, obtaining necessary documentation, supporting prior
authorizations, and coordinating aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of
care. A PCC will perform all duties a manner which promotes team concept and
reflects the mission and values of the entity.

Required Qualifications:
* 1 year of medical office or related healthcare experience OR 6 months
experience as a Providence employee in an Associate PCC position.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this
position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this
position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other
applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional
compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials,
standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus
opportunities.
