Success in this role means accurately collecting patient information, providing excellent customer service, and assisting patients with understanding and meeting their financial responsibilities. This role serves as the front desk and first point of contact for patients, making it essential in creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment. Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
