Patient Services Coordinator (Part-Time)

This isn’t just a job — you will be influencing change and shaping futures as a leader in our shared mission of helping people reach their full potential. ** Voted Raleigh’s Best Nonprofit Organization and Raleigh’s Best Mental Health Services two years in a row!** Your Role in Our Mission As a Patient Services Coordinator on the team, you will be responsible for performing administrative and clerical functions in a clinic that serves adults with substance use, mental health and co-occurring medical conditions. The PSC will serve as a member of the front desk administrative team that checks in patients, collects co-pays, handles medical records and processes patient paperwork and data. As the face of the organization at check-in and check-out the PSC proves excellent customer service to all patients and families visiting the clinic. Why Join Us? This position is Part-Time: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and Friday, 8am - 5pm (with the potential to transition to a full-time position). Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $14 -16/hr. based on experience for this Full-time position. 403(b) Retirement Plan.
