Available Shifts
Coverage Needed:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
24 hours per week
Consistent daytime schedule

About the Case
Pediatric patient receiving care in the home setting
G-tube feedings and routine G-tube care
One-on-one private duty nursing
Consistent weekly schedule
Supportive family and clinical team

What You'll Do
Provide
1:1 pediatric nursing care
focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability
Administer and monitor
G-tube feedings
Perform routine G-tube care and assessments
Monitor the patient's overall health status and report changes as appropriate
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with the family and pediatric clinical team to ensure continuity of care

Pay Rate
RN: Up to $45/hr

What You Bring
Active
New Jersey RN License
Experience with
G-tube care and feedings
preferred
Current
BLS Certification
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver's license preferred
Physical exam within 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
