Pest Control Technician Apprentice

Pro Active Pest Control is currently hiring for full time Pest Control Technicians to join our team! As a pest control technician, you will use your expertise and training to provide real - time solutions to our customers. You will manage a route and be in the field providing great 5-Star service to all of our customers! We are willing to train the right candidate! No experience needed. With paid training provided, including state licensing, we will give you all the best tools needed to succeed in your new career. Job Description Manage established service route and new customers Troubleshoot pest problems Exercise daily time management Inspections of customer’s homes/businesses Treatments of customer’s homes/businesses Educate new and existing customers on services Help Reach company service and sales goals Continually refining skills and knowledge Train with a licensed technician to learn the duties and responsibilities of a SPCB licensee QUALIFICATIONS Have excellent customer service and communication skills Be self-motivated Have motivation to help the company grow and succeed Be willing to go above and beyond Must care about customers Must have a great DMV record and valid driver’s license Must be willing to routinely lift, push, and pull equipment, ascend and descend from ladders, and occasionally work at height Must be willing to get an Applicator or Branch II Field Representative with CA State Pest Control Board (passing a live scan is required) Be able to time manage and at time multi task Must be able to pass the SPCB exam and get licensed within 90 days BENEFITS Provided paid training and state licensing Sales bonus opportunities Opportunities for growth Medical, Vision, & Dental after 60 days Birthday Holiday IRA plan with 3% company match PTO policy Continuing Ed courses Competitive compensation program Company Assets (Vehicle, Gas Card, Laundry Allowance, Phone/ iPad) Company events (quarterly) Job Type: Full Time Work Setting: In the field Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend availability
