You don't need any prior experience - we have comprehensive training programs that incorporate both classroom and on-the-job learning to ensure you have all the knowledge necessary to perform the job well. A high school diploma or G.E.D., good communication skills, a stable work history, clean driving record, drug-free, and a genuine desire to learn the pest control business is all that is required. What can you expect during training? Comprehensive on-the-job training for Service Professionals typically takes 4-6 weeks. Training includes: Conduct proper home inspections including crawl spaces and attics and roofs. Correct pest control problems by applying product, baiting, and monitoring. Pest and rodent identification. Product and label knowledge. Effective communication skills. Customer service training. Route management. Time management. Online Coursework. What's in it for you?
