Today, Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital has grown to 530 licensed beds and offers a comprehensive array of health care services, continuing to develop to meet the needs of the growing communities it serves. Scope of Work Provides technical assistance in the documentation and clarification of medication history lists under the direction of the pharmacist. Processes, enters, and interprets physician/nurse medication histories, under the direction of the pharmacist, and completes full history documentation in computerized system. Clarifies information through communication with providers, patients, and pharmacies. Performs special projects for the department. Works with multiple medication automation systems. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Associate's Degree health care or related field 1 year of relevant experience Pharmacy Required 2 years of relevant experience Retail Pharmacy Preferred LIC-Pharmacist Intern - STATE_MI State of Michigan required Or LIC-Pharmacy Technician - STATE_MI State of Michigan required And CRT-Pharmacy Technician, Certified (CPHT) - PTCB Pharmacy Technician Certification Board 90 Days required Or CRT-Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT) - NHA National Healthcareer Association 90 Days required How Corewell Health cares for you Comprehensive benefits package to meet your financial, health, and work/life balance goals.
