What you'll do
- The phlebotomist is responsible for performing venipuncture and skin punctures competently while maintaining accurate records of test requirements.
- They must ensure patient safety through proper identification and provide clinical support within the hospital laboratory.
What you need
- Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold a valid State Laboratory Assistant licensure.
- Additionally, a current BLS certification and a valid driver's license are required for this role.
- Education: a high school diploma
