Position Overview The Physical Therapist Assistant works under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve patients’ mobility, function, and overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Carry out treatment plans as established by the supervising Physical Therapist Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and patient responses Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment Why Join Trinity Rehab?
