Here’s what you can expect when you join our team: Weekly Pay – Reliable pay, every week Fully Equipped for Success – Company vehicle, gas card, uniforms, and phone provided Work-Life Balance – Generous paid time off, paid holidays, and your birthday off Comprehensive Benefits – Medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability coverage (effective 1st of the month following your date of hire) Company-Paid Protection – Long-term disability and basic life insurance at no cost to you Comprehensive Training Opportunities - Advance your skills through manufacturer certified programs, company training, or a blend of both Retirement Planning Made Easy – 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – Free, confidential counseling and support for you and your family, including financial and legal resources Key Responsibilities Perform light maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, replace broken switches etc.) Maintain filtration systems by replacing filters to ensure functionality Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix lock, door hinges, replace gaskets etc.) Assist in the set up of refrigeration and other systems and conduct minor repairs when necessary Communicate professionally with customers Follow EPA, safety, and company compliance standards Maintain tools, truck inventory, and job site cleanliness Participate in ongoing technical training and development programs Assist with emergency service calls alongside experienced technicians as needed Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in commercial maintenance (trade school or field experience welcomed) Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Valid drivers license with a clean driving record required Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or with little supervision Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. and work in varying indoor / outdoor conditions Ability to climb ladders, work from heights, and crawl in tight quarters Own industry standard hand tools Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as needed Compensation Transparency The advertised pay range for this position is $18-$25 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience level, certifications, skill set, and overall qualifications. Candidates with prior hands-on commercial cooking and refrigeration experience or relevant technical training may be considered at the higher end of the range.
