POD Rebate Coordinator Qualifications Well-organized and self-directed Demonstrated complex problems-solving skills Able to partner with all levels within the organizations Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills Polished oral and written communication skills Keen attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance 1-3 years of experience working in the distribution industry POD Rebate Coordinator Duties Orchestrates payment of all vendor and marketing, growth, Journeys, and shelter rebates Reconciles rebate reports against vendor payments due Manages all vendor inquiries and discrepancies Evaluates, monitors, and organizes vendor payments received Provides detailed purchase reports for vendor deductions Reviews and understands vendor contracts Other duties as assigned R.J.
