Puts into practice theories and sound principles of child education. You will remain in training until you have successfully obtained your CDA. Education / Experience / Requirements Preferred: Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development from an accredited institution. Accepted: Associate degree in a related field with 6 credit-bearing courses relevant to competencies in early childhood education AND experience working with young children. Will obtain Childhood Development Associate (CDA)certification within 6 months - 1 year of hire Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
