What you'll do
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children at all times, being alert for their needs as individuals and as a group
- Supporting the Lead Teacher in creating and implementing an exciting and enriching learning environment for children
- Share in the classroom decision-making, finding a mutually agreeable plan that is best for the children
What you need
- Must be EEC certified, have taken Child Growth and Development at the college level, and have at least 9 months of experience working with infant, toddler or preschool children.
- A successfully completed EEC background check is required.

We are currently seeking an EEC certified Preschool Teacher at our Webster, MA location. This individual will shape the classroom environment within agency guidelines by leading, coordinating, and making decisions to develop and maintain a quality early childhood program. This candidate will have taken Child Growth and Development at the College level and have a minimum of 9 months experience working with infant, toddler or preschool children.
