To identify and resolve discrepancies between Bills of lading and TMS system / OVP / OVQ to minimize discrepancies, maximize revenue, and achieve 100% TMS compliant manifests.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoots common and complex rate retrieval errors.Validates rate accuracy in the OVA application.Issues manifest correctors and/or coordinates updates in TMS / OVP / OVQ to resolve compliance issues.Navigates TMS, OVP, OVQ, and contract search features.Communicates and follows up to ensure compliance issues are resolved.Runs prechecks: ensures all Bills of Lading are rated correctly before the vessel sails.Reconciles discrepancies identified by running the MFTC report.Performs other duties as requested.
