Print Operations - Machine Operator

We are currently hiring for multiple positions within our plant operations: - Machine Operator - 2nd shift, 3pm - 11 pm - Machine Operator - Swing Shift, two weeks 7 am - 3 pm, two weeks 3 pm to 11 pm - Machine Operator - 3rd shift 11 pm - 7 am Responsibilities of the positions: Start as a Helper learning how to set up jobs, read job tickets and run machines. This is a hands-on learning experience. Improve your skills at running machines and problem solving. Learn to clear machine erros and other technical issues with complex machinery. Ensure materials are staged and prepared correctly. Maintain a clean and safe operating area. Be available to support other areas of production as needed. Requirements What you will need to have: Consistent and professional approach to work Mechanical inclination with the ability to learn how to operate machines Mathmatical skill set with the ability to think through mearsurements Ability to distinguish color and color variations Proven ability to read, write, and communicate Basic computer skills (data entry, PC navigation) Ability to stand 95% of your shift and lift up to 50 pounds Required: Pass a drug screen and background test Salary Description pay range based on work experience
