Job Description
Join our team as a Procedural Scheduler at our Saint Luke's Plaza location!
Monday - Friday 8am -430pm or 730am - 4pm
No Night, No weekends
Prior healthcare experience is preferred
Some travel might be required to support Metro ENT clinics as needed
Opportunity:
Comprehensively coordinates and manages the scheduling for ENT practices.
Provide effective communication to patients regarding appointment, insurances, and co-pay collections.
Supports other ENT practices as needed for coverage
Efficiently and timely manage all EPIC referral work queues for scheduling of incoming patient appointments.
collets co-pays
Helps monitor denials
Manages fax work ques
Other front desk duties as assigned
