Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot through-hole production equipment (including component insertion) Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery Create and modify manufacturing aids/work instructions Order shop supplies Investigate recurring manufacturing problems Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions Requirements: 2-year technical degree, electronics training, or equivalent Previous experience in electronics manufacturing with a mechanical aptitude Ability to troubleshoot equipment Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and bills of material Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic manufacturing documentation Familiarity with IPC standards, including IPC J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and IPC/WHMA-A-620 We offer competitive wages and an excellent benefits package.
