Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with industrial designers, product managers, and global manufacturing teams to bring ideas to life.
Materials & Process Innovation:
Research and evaluate new materials and manufacturing methods for both hard and soft goods.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate engineering documentation, including specifications, test reports, and revision histories.
Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to ongoing quality, performance, and sustainability initiatives across the STX product portfolio.
