Job Description:
Responsible for the release of new and innovative IC based products into high volume productionLead and participate in technical design reviews to help improve the manufacturability and testability of products under developmentImprove the yields and profitability of existing products Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Interface with design groups on new product Introduction and design for manufacturabilityContinuously improve manufacturing test processesLiaise with foundry and packaging houses to ensure engineering and production targets are achieved.Monitor and investigate any yield issues arising from any stage in the manufacturing and testing processManage and design new class of packageSupport reliability team in new product qualification and failure analysis
