Product Management Intern

We are on the hunt for a Product Management Intern with strong curiosity, sharp communication skills, and a knack for connecting customer needs to real solutions. This paid internship for students extends from January 2027 to the end of Summer Term (mid-August 2027). We are looking for a minimum of 15+ hours/week during Winter/Spring Terms, with the opportunity to work additional hours during the Summer term. You will work closely with our product management team to research customer needs, support our product roadmap, and help guide features from concept to launch. You'll be at the forefront of innovation in location data intelligence, including address quality, geocoding, and address enrichment — while learning how great products get built cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and UX. ** This role is onsite, non-remote, in our Orem office. ** Responsibilities • Have fun! Enjoy the interactions with customers and co-workers • Assist in researching user needs and market trends to inform product decisions • Help translate customer requirements into clear, detailed product requirements for engineering • Support go-to-market efforts by partnering with marketing on messaging and launch plans • Collaborate with engineering, UX, and data teams to track feature progress and quality • Help gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate product performance • Assist with product training materials and sales support as needed • Participate in company cultural initiatives, and apply the learned principles in your work and in your interactions with others Requirements • Working towards a bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field • Interest or coursework in product management, business strategy, or technology • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working with data to support decisions and recommendations • Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude • Excellent organizational skills • Preference: familiarity with location intelligence data, GIS, address validation, or geocoding • Did we mention having fun?
