Software Engineer Intern

This paid internship for students extends from January 2027 to the end of Summer Term (mid-August 2027). We are looking for a minimum of 15+ hours/week during Winter/Spring Terms, with the opportunity to work additional hours during the Summer term. You will work closely with a small yet stellar team of software engineers to build and integrate our business backend and API products. You'll be at the forefront of innovation in location data intelligence by creating meaningful experiences for customers while learning the answers to life, the universe and everything. ** This role is onsite, non-remote, in our Orem office. ** Responsibilities Have fun! Enjoy the interactions with your co-workers in the organization Develop high-quality software Develop applications and tools by producing clean and efficient code Analyze code to find root cause of errors and revise it if needed Perform validation and verification testing Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting Participate in company cultural initiatives, and apply the learned principles in your work and in your interactions with others Requirements Working towards a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent Experience in software development through class projects or previous internships Knowledge of relational databases Knowledge and hands-on experience with selected programming languages Go, Java, .NET, Python, Ruby, PHP, server-side Javascript, or similar Analytical mind with problem solving attitude Excellent organizational skills Did we mention having fun?
