Program Control Specialist - Finance

The Program Control Analyst/Specialist is responsible for financial planning, project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition support, and performance monitoring of Government and/or commercial contracts. The position reports to the VP of Finance. This position requires an on-site presence. Requirements Essential duties and responsibilities Monitor project financial performance against budgets, funding and forecasts Prepare monthly Estimates at Completion (EACs) and estimate to complete (ETCs) Analyze labor utilization, indirect rate impacts, and project profitability Support revenue recognition and project status reporting Track contract funding, backlog, burn rates and staffing projections Assist with annual operating plans and program budgets Prepare variance analyses and management reports Support invoice reviews and contract modifications Qualifications Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 1+ years of program controls experience Strong analytical and Excel skills Experience with ERP systems such as Unanet, Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, Deltek/Costpoint Preferred skills Unanet experience Deltek/Costpoint Advanced Excel modeling Strong communication and presentation skills Government Contracting Experience Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Pay, PTO, Health Benefits Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 If you're ready to apply your expertise in a high-impact role, we encourage you to join our mission and apply now.
