If you're someone who thrives in a role that blends direct client impact with operational support and team coordination, this role was built for you.
As a Program Coordinator at Georgia HOPE, you’ll provide hands-on services to clients while supporting the day-to-day operations that keep programs running effectively and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
As a Program Coordinator, you’ll balance direct service delivery with operational and administrative support. Your work will focus on client care, coordination, and ensuring program effectiveness. Day to day, you can expect to:
• Provide direct care services to assigned clients while maintaining accurate, timely documentation in compliance with company, state, and payer requirements
• Support day-to-day program operations, including coordination of admissions, authorizations, billing, payroll, and internal processes
• Communicate regularly with clients, families, referral sources, and staff to ensure effective service delivery and coordination
• Assist with staff support functions including training coordination, mentoring, and participation in hiring and onboarding activities
• Contribute to program performance through involvement in budgeting, financial review, marketing efforts, and regional development initiatives
• Support compliance and quality efforts by participating in audits, reviewing documentation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards
What to Expect
This is a hybrid role that combines direct client interaction with operational and administrative responsibilities. You’ll work closely with the Program Director and broader team to ensure services are delivered effectively while supporting the infrastructure behind the program. Success in this role requires strong organization, adaptability, and the ability to shift between client-facing work and behind-the-scenes coordination. You’ll play a key role in maintaining program quality, supporting team performance, and ensuring clients receive timely, well-coordinated care.
