We’ll teach you R-2’s systems and processes while giving you meaningful responsibilities—not just a seat on the sidelines. What you bring Construction field or project coordination experience; two or more years preferred. Ability to read plans and specifications and support RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Interest in schedules, quantity tracking, materials, costs, and the details that keep projects moving. A proactive, dependable approach to working with field leadership, vendors, and project teams. Willingness to work on active jobsites and travel; a related degree is valued, but equivalent experience counts.
