Property Inspector SBD Housing Solutions is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Property Inspector to join our property management team. If you enjoy being out in the field, working independently, talking with people, and noticing the details others might miss, this could be a great fit. As a Property Inspector, you'll travel throughout the Kansas City metro area visiting residential properties, conducting routine inspections, documenting what you find, communicating with residents, and working with our property management and maintenance teams to make sure concerns are addressed. Organized and able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines. Comfortable using an iPad/tablet and basic computer applications. A good problem-solver who can use sound judgment. Willing to learn and follow SBD's inspection processes and standards. You'll help protect our owners' investments, help residents understand how to care for their homes, and help our team identify problems before they become bigger - and more expensive - problems. If you're dependable, observant, comfortable working with people, and take pride in doing quality work, we'd love to hear from you. SBD Housing Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
