Now Hiring: Full-time Property Maintenance Techs with All Care Services, LLC Location: Merriam, KS | Pay: Starting at $19.50/hour with a $3.00/hour weekend differential | Schedule: Day and overnight shifts are available (5 days on, 2 off; mornings are 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, and overnights are 8:30 pm - 4:00 am), with potential for overtime Who You Are: Our ideal Property Maintenance Tech takes pride in their work and finds satisfaction in maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming spaces. What You\'ll Bring: Availability to work morning, evening, or overnight hours Positive attitude with strong customer service skills Solid work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver\'s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record This is a dynamic position, so experience in a management, manual labor, delivery driving, landscaping, or maintenance position would be helpful but isn\'t required. Your Role as our Property Maintenance Tech: We manage a variety of properties to keep them in good condition for clients, and you\'ll play an important part in our mission. You\'ll travel between your assigned properties, inspect the area for cleanliness and safety, and perform various duties to get the property up to company standards. This can include removing debris, safely operating sweeper vehicles, maintaining your equipment, and proactively addressing potential hazards before they become major problems or dangers. With day and night shifts available, you\'ll have the flexibility to work when you want.
