Work with the Industry Leader At Eon, our mission is to make patients healthier and healthcare more affordable. Eon Patient Management (EPM) identifies patients with disease risk and streamlines clinical decision analysis so clinicians can work at the top of their licenses. With solutions across multiple disease states, we drive adherence to care pathways so more patients are seen and more survive. As a market leader in incidental tracking and patient management, Eon is pioneering the use of Artificial Intelligence to enable healthcare enterprises, ranging from small health systems to large, national IDNs across the US. The Opportunity The Provider Engagement Associate plays a critical role within our Care Management program. This position serves as a vital bridge between health data and the clinic, engaging provider offices at pivotal moments when timely patient follow-up matters most. Using our tracking platform, Specialists support adherence to care pathways by making outbound calls to doctor's offices and clinics. You will relay factual data regarding outstanding patient screenings, critical exams, and required follow-up care. While this is a non-clinical, 100% phone-based administrative role, it sits at the heart of our mission: ensuring provider offices have the necessary information so vulnerable patients do not fall through the cracks of a complex healthcare system. As a Provider Engagement Associate, you will: Conduct high-volume, structured outbound calls exclusively to physician practices and medical provider offices to relay information regarding overdue or upcoming patient follow-up care. Handle inbound inquiries from provider offices, utilizing approved protocols to respond with professional clarity and speed. Relay objective patient data such as screening gaps, recommended follow-up care, or exam requirements directly to clinic staff or medical assistants. Follow standardized call scripts and workflows to ensure data accuracy, strict HIPAA compliance, and provider satisfaction. Accurately document all interactions, call outcomes, and tracking updates within our internal database in real time. Identify and escalate discrepancies, unclear records, or complex inquiries to a supervisor or designated internal team lead. Collaborate with internal teams to uphold data accuracy, system integrity, and efficiency. You will be a good fit if you can: Maintain high energy and focus while making phone calls consistently throughout an entire shift. Communicate clearly and professionally across a wide range of medical office roles. Balance fast-paced administrative accuracy with a strict attention to detail. Thrive in a metrics-driven environment centered around daily outbound call volumes and data entry accuracy. Follow standardized workflows while knowing exactly when to escalate a complex file. Remain self-motivated and accountable with minimal supervision in a high-volume call queue. Qualifications and Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree or coursework in healthcare administration preferred). 1+ years of experience in a medical office administrative environment, customer service, or a high-volume call center. Foundational knowledge of medical terminology and basic HIPAA privacy rules (preferred). Strong computer literacy, including the ability to type accurately while speaking on a headset. Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanor. Highly organized with the ability to manage a continuous queue of required calls. Clarifying the Scope (Non-Clinical Role) This is a non-clinical, administrative role focused on communication and operational workflow support. “So what’s in it for me,” you ask? We pride ourselves on being a culture-driven company with high energy and a strong sense of purpose. Aside from the enthusiastic environment, you’ll enjoy: Competitive salary Health insurance Referral bonuses Generous vacation time Paid Maternity and Parental leave Professional development and career growth opportunities Awesome team members Check us out at eonhealth.com!
