What you'll do
- Coordinate with Medical Staff Services on credentialing, privileging, and onboarding timelines
- Oversee and track onboarding processes for all providers (physicians, APPs, locums), ensuring timely start readiness
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding scheduling, logistics, and next steps
- Coordinate phone, virtual, and on-site interviews
- Prepare interview itineraries, welcome materials, and onboarding packets
- Coordinate all candidate travel and logistics including flights, lodging, transportation, and meals
- Support locum tenens coordination including scheduling, onboarding, and assignment readiness in coordination with provider recruiter.
- Assist recruiters in maintaining candidate pipelines and tracking recruitment activity
- Work with Provider engagement and sourcing Coordinator to ensure professional, timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Track recruitment and onboarding metrics, supporting reporting and process improvement initiatives
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Manager and recruitment team with other duties as assigned.
- Coordinate provider welcome packets and onboarding resources
- Performs other duties as assigned to support overall effectiveness of department and organization.
- Must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time and traveling several days by car, plane, or public transport
- Requires a flexible schedule and ability to respond to candidate and attend events after normal business hours.
