- Maintain daily logs, including the police blotter web page and report log book
- Operate fixed two-way base communication equipment and the emergency call box system
- Perform clerical tasks and provide customer service
- Enter reports, citations, parking permits and employee status information into the database
- Maintain phone lines, including the emergency phone line
- Act as liaison with outside public safety agencies and coordinate initial response
- Monitor the fire alarm system for the entire AWC Main Campus
- Operate ACJIS/NCIC systems and assist in Evidence Room Control and with fingerprints
