It includes creating engaging reports, presentations, and communications using Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools, as well as assisting with quality improvement projects and departmental initiatives. The position also involves compiling and publishing a regular Quality Newsletter to share key updates, achievements, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives across the business.
