What you'll do
- Ensure gauges at machine are functioning properly and inside calibration dates
- Set up gauges in accordance with licensee specification and requirements
- Verify First Article inspections including molds
- Perform In-Process inspection per the licensee and customer specifications
- Perform 100%-Dimensional Inspection per the customer specifications when required
- Verify product through either auditing or physically gauging/inspecting at all operations
- Complete receiving inspections on incoming products
- Conduct final product inspection including thorough verification of all supporting documentation and required stamping and stenciling

2.0 Job Description and Responsibilities:
2.1 Ensure that gauges at machine are functioning properly and inside calibration dates.
2.2 Set up gauges in accordance with licensee specification and requirements.
2.3 Verify First Article inspections including molds.
2.4 Perform In-Process inspection per the licensee and customer specifications
2.5 Perform 100%-Dimensional Inspection per the customer specifications when required.
2.6 Verify product through either auditing or physically gauging/inspecting at all operations.
2.7 Complete receiving inspections on incoming products.
2.8 Conduct final product inspection including thorough verification of all supporting documentation and required stamping and stenciling.
2.9 Complete log sheets and daily reject reports as required. Turn in reports to gauge lab daily.
