Quality Control Inspector

Job Title: Quality Control Inspector rnFLSA Status: Non-exemptrnPrepared By: Corporate Human Resourcesrn rnSummary Inspect parts, products and/or processes to insure conformance with standards. Inspects materials or products using fixed or variable measuring instruments. Checks for irregularities and defects. Compares product with parts list to ensure completion of assembly. Verifies specified dimensions on product or material by performing the following duties.rn rnEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.rn rnrnCoordinates with engineering, sales and manufacturing personnel to effectively resolve problems related to product design, materials, specifications and/or manufacturing operations.rnEnsures all quality control policies, procedures, directives and systems are in compliance with company and/or applicable federal regulations, continually strives to increase the level of quality assurance within the facility.rnEnsures all safety policies and procedures are followed in accordance with guidelines established by the Company in accordance with OSHA regulations.rnrnrnQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
