Our Facility in Appleton, WI manufactures state-of-the-art circuit boards for Aerospace and Defense as well as Industrial and Medical Industries. Job Summary Ensure that all contractual and regulatory quality requirements are defined and communicated on assigned customers and programs. Support all departments to ensure control of receiving, in-process and final quality of product.Recommend more efficient and quality-oriented processesProvide customer interface on quality issues and problem resolutionCollaborate with sales, purchasing, production, quoting and contract management to establish quality procedures for meeting customer requirements. Interface with suppliers to correct problems dealing with purchased materials. Provide support to manufacturing including root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions to resolve problems in product manufactured. Assist in defining and monitoring the quality management system and in developing an organizational culture that stresses quality processes.Assist in monitoring personnel and processes to ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies and procedures. Update area supervision regarding concerns.Maintain necessary records.Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area. Performs other assignments as required.
