POSITION SUMMARY The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring products meet company standards and customer requirements through detailed visual and hands on inspection. This role focuses on examining materials, components, and finished playground products to identify defects, irregularities, or deviations from specifications. Hours: M-F, 5:00 A.M.-1:30 P.M. VALUES Innovation Commitment & Passion Integrity Team & Relationships DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform detailed visual and hands on inspections of materials, components, and finished playground parts to identify defects, damage, or deviations from standards. Document inspection results accurately in digital system. Communicate identified defects or concerns to production staff and quality team members in a timely manner. Assist in verifying reworked or corrected parts meet acceptance criteria before release. QUALIFICATIONS Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify visual and surface level defects. Basic understanding of manufacturing or production environments. 1+ years experience in a quality inspection or control role. Basic computer or tablet skills for entering inspection results. Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions or escalate concerns. High school diploma or GED preferred. The target hourly range is $22.00 - $27.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
