This role offers immense room for long-term professional growth and advancement within our company. ---------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities: * Conduct daily quality control inspections on maintenance and construction jobs to ensure they meet Pierre’s high standards. * Evaluate and document work using photos and videos. * Provide hands-on guidance to field crews, ensuring they follow installation best practices and understand company policies. * Inspect operational productivity procedures to maintain efficiency and consistency among crews. * Visit job sites to ensure teams have the tools and resources they need to succeed. * Confirm accurate completion of Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and daily safety requirements, including stretching, personal protective equipment (PPE), and safety meetings. * Report safety incidents, HR concerns, equipment issues, and material problems to the appropriate departments. * Collaborate with management to refine and update processes, providing actionable feedback. * Act as a bridge between field and office operations, ensuring seamless communication and workflows. * Maintain a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record and drive safely, abiding by all traffic laws and regulations during site visits. ---------------------------------------- Required Skills: * Candidates MUST be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak). * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational excellence. * Strong follow-up and follow-through skills. * Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset. * Ability to work independently in the field while managing multiple priorities. ---------------------------------------- Schedule & Location: * Field-based position requiring job site visits at least 4 days per week. ---------------------------------------- Compensation & Benefits: * Pay $24- $29 hourly plus bonus * Paid vacation, sick leave, and holiday time off. * Comprehensive health benefits and 401(k) with 4% match. ---------------------------------------- Fair Chance & EEO Notice Pierre Landscape is a Fair Chance employer. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered in compliance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act.
