Quality Specialist

Emerald Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Specialist to join its Saline MI team! Analyze and perform root cause corrective action for quality issues from Customer Feedback, RMAs, Corrective Actions. Responsible for supporting the development and administration of Emerald Technologies Quality System by releasing documentation, auditing, and writing/updating procedures At Emerald Technologies each employee has a significant role in building innovative products for various industries. Responsibilities: Basic duties include working within various teams to aid in investigating various quality related issues. Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions taken within the quality system. Releases documentation into the quality system. Train personnel in the proper execution of quality manufacturing processes. Work with appropriate resources to determine root cause and develop corrective actions.
