Quicklane Technician

In this role, you will perform skilled maintenance and repair services focused on rapid, efficient care to keep vehicles running smoothly and customers satisfied. You will work closely with a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections, including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and brake service. * Diagnose and troubleshoot minor mechanical and electrical issues. * Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, explaining services and recommendations clearly. * Maintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to safety and environmental standards. * Document all services performed and communicate with management regarding vehicle status and additional repairs needed. * Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality goals. REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a Quicklane or express service environment. * Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems. * Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine vehicle maintenance efficiently. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail. * High school diploma or equivalent preferred; technical certifications a plus.
