We are currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to work the AM & PM shifts. Job Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department in an efficient, timely, and caring manner Provide some clerical support to residents and staff Sort and distribute all incoming mail, packages and newsletters for House and Gardens residents and staff Take dinner reservations for residents via in-person and over the telephone Ensure visitors sign in/out in accordance with KB's policies and procedures Direct visitors to appropriate department or individual Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Must be able to speak, write and communicate in English Must possess related customer service skills Related experience answering phone calls Basic computer, email, Microsoft Word, and Outlook skills required Previous experience working in a Senior Living Community Must have the ability to multi-task, be patient, and friendly Mus be able to maintain confidentiality of all protected health information Must have a pleasant disposition and be eager to help Salary Description $17.00/hr
