What you'll do

Search and investigate information in loan files, image documents, research and resolve imaging discrepancies, and record actions related to loan files.
Work with loan officers, maintain trusting relationships, comply with regulations, and participate in continuing education.

What you need

A high school diploma is required.
Prior credit union experience is preferred.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Our records specialist eagerly assists in searching and investigating information contained in loan files. Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Range South Ogden, Utah Monday through Friday 8:00 PM – 5:00 PM Full-Time, 40 hours per week $20.25 per hour, based on experience and performance+ Bonus + Incentive Essential Duties & Responsibilities Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships. Work with loan officers to image documents accurately. Research information and resolve problems, errors or discrepancies in imaging. Image completed exceptions to member files. Accurately record all actions pertaining to credit union loan files. Comply with all regulations as required by law.
