What you need
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Comfortable using AI tools every day and following a structured, process-driven workflow
- Clear, professional written and spoken English
- Familiar with Google Workspace, an applicant tracking system and video interview tools
- Legal to work in the United States
- Able to pass a background check after a conditional offer
- High-volume, staffing agency, hospitality or domestic staffing experience (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of California hiring rules (preferred)

Location: Hybrid. Mostly remote, with occasional on-site days in Atherton, California as needed.
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week), Hourly, Non-Exempt
Availability: 9 am to 5:30 pm Pacific, Monday to Friday. Same-day response to urgent hiring needs.
COMPENSATION:
- $90,000 to $175,000 per year, depending on experience
- Discretionary year-end bonus (up to 20%)

INTRODUCTION:
Join the recruiting team of an elite private estate in Atherton, California. You will help hire the household staff who keep the estate running: personal assistants, butlers, house managers, chefs and more. Our recruiting runs on an AI-assisted workflow. AI tools rank applicants, draft screening notes and outreach, and keep a live task list for every candidate. Your job is to act on that list quickly and carefully, talk to candidates the way a person should, and tell us when the tools get something wrong. This role suits someone who likes clear priorities, fast turnaround and measurable results.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Work your daily task list in our applicant tracking system and AI tools, and close each item within its response time.
- Review AI-drafted resume summaries, correct them where needed, and record a clear decision (advance, hold, or not qualified) with your reason.
- Run phone screens and video interviews, and log notes the same day.
- Send online skills assessments, interview invitations and follow-ups using approved templates.
- Keep every candidate's status accurate and current, from application to hire.
- Coordinate background checks and offer paperwork after the hiring decision is made.
- Treat all candidate and household information as strictly confidential.
- Give honest feedback on the AI tools: what saves time, what is wrong, what is missing.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience. High-volume, staffing agency, hospitality or domestic staffing experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- Comfortable using AI tools every day and following a structured, process-driven workflow.
- Fast and reliable: you reply within the agreed time and finish what you start.
- Clear, professional written and spoken English.
- Discreet and honest. You report problems early instead of hiding them.
- Familiar with Google Workspace, an applicant tracking system (JazzHR or similar) and video interview tools.
- Basic knowledge of California hiring rules is a plus.
- Legal to work in the United States.
- Able to pass a background check after a conditional offer.
HOW WE HIRE FOR THIS ROLE:

2. A paid online work assessment (about 2 hours, completed from home, paid at an hourly rate whatever the result). It shows how you work with an AI-assisted task list.
3. Video interview.
4. Conditional offer, background check, then final offer.
