Recruiting works directly with our founders and hiring managers to define what exceptional looks like and to find and close people who care about bringing AI into healthcare the right way. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Recruiter to own full cycle hiring across Engineering and Operations, including roles like AI Product Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Forward Deployed Product Lead, and Technical Implementation Program Manager. You’ll have real ownership and autonomy as a thought partner to hiring managers, from shaping the role to closing the offer. This role requires being in our SF office 4 days a week. You’ll often be the first face candidates meet when they visit, giving office tours, hosting onsites, and making sure everyone who walks through our doors feels welcome. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL - Partner with founders and hiring managers to build our Engineering and Operations teams - Source and close top talent through creative outreach, referrals, and events, and tell the Bunkerhill story to candidates who have never considered healthcare - Use AI tools to scale your sourcing, outreach, and recruiting operations so one recruiter can do the work of several - Build and optimize interview processes in Ashby for speed and a great candidate experience - Host candidates in SF and make every onsite memorable YOUR BACKGROUND LOOKS SOMETHING LIKE THIS - 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience at a fast growing startup - Strong comfort using AI tools to scale sourcing, outreach, and recruiting operations - A track record of hiring technical talent in competitive markets - An effective communicator who builds strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates alike - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and a fast paced environment EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE - Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, or similar tools - A data driven approach to unblocking hiring challenges and informing decisions - A genuine interest in applying technology to improve healthcare BENEFITS & COMPENSATION - Equity - Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, commuter, and 401(k)) - Professional development and growth opportunities We aim to compensate everyone on our team fairly.
