This position serves as a key member of the clinical research team, reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, providing participant-facing, and study coordination support to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials with dermatology end points in investigational drug and cosmetic and personal care Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact and receptionist for study participants, conducting recruitment, prescreening, community outreach and retention activities, and maintaining accurate enrollment metrics. The role is responsible for coordinating participant compensation and referral programs, as well as, supporting study visit scheduling and logistics. Additional duties include receiving, documenting, and maintaining accountability for study products and study materials in accordance with Eurofins procedures, communicating product receipt with managers for further communication with sponsors. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills, maintain accurate records and documentation, provide high-quality participant support, and perform other operational and research-related duties as assigned by the Director of Operations support the growth and success of the clinical research program. Experience with Microsoft and a consumer service-related role is preferred.
