About the Role: Operation Support Inc is looking for a driven and people-focused Recruiter to join our team in City of Industry, CA! In this role, you'll play a key part in connecting top talent with exciting opportunities while helping our organization grow and thrive. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job postings Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and culture fit Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and requisition data Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate timely updates to candidates and hiring teams Assist with offer negotiations, background checks, and pre-employment processes Requirements: 1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job platforms Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus About Us: Operation Support Inc is a trusted organization based in City of Industry, CA, dedicated to delivering reliable operational solutions and building high-performing teams.
