Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Experience providing exceptional candidate or customer experience. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Desirable (but not required!): Bilingual What you will do: Responsible for interview coordination managing the scheduling across multiple calendars and multiple hiring managers. Screen and review resumes and applications. Will serve as the primary point of contract for candidates answering questions, providing updates and ensuring candidates get the best experience. Represent the company as a VSC ambassador including on the phone, or at hiring events. Aid hiring managers in posting of requisitions, determining pay rate ranges and disposition of candidates. Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation, paperwork, and I-9s. Address employee inquiries and concerns, provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and contribute to fostering a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations. Compile recruiting data, generate reports, and analyze trends to provide insights for management decision-making.
