Visit client sites to get first hand account of the environment, worker experience, and build relationships with both workers and customers Identify opportunities for process improvements and surface these to ensure seamless experience for both the Market Teams and relevant stakeholders Support both Wonolo app and W-2 onboarding processes, managing the applicants and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure applicants are being onboarded with minimal idle-time Develop best practices for worker engagement and notify teams of the most effective timelines for engagement quality as we optimize Recruiting Operations.
